We would advise you to contact the institution that is requesting the translation from you whether a Certified translation is sufficient. A Certified translation is cheaper than a Sworn translation. In the USA a Certified translation is sufficient but in Europe often a Sworn translation is requested, but not always. This can vary on the institution.
A Certified translation is performed by Logic Translations and it bears a stamp, signature, and certificate from Logic Translations.
A sworn translation is performed by a registered court translator who is officially registered at the government and officially sworn in, this could be the court or Ministry of Justice.
